The Sims 4 has a new Royal Poses for Princes and Princesses. These poses will make your sims look like they’re royalty, and it’s easy to do!
The sims 4 royal family tumblr is a blog that has been created to help players with the new features in the Sims 4 Royal Family Expansion Pack.
The entire “secretly royalty” narrative has become fairly plausible with the popularity of Meg Cabot’s The Princess Diaries series. And it’s quite frequent.
As a result, I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of one or two Sim families having royal blood coursing through their digitally created veins.
Here are several position sets you can use to really immortalize your Sim’s nobility—no matter how far away they are from the throne—for those who wish to capture some monarchy in photographs.
1. Beto ae0’s Imperial Dynasty Pose Pack

Do you need postures that scream, “We are a noble, strong family with whom you should not mess.”?
You’re in good hands with Beto ae0.
This Imperial Dynasty position pack is a collection of poses that feature several royal dynasties sitting for formal photographs, as the name implies.
These postures may be mistaken for a variety of locations and times depending on how they’re dressed.
The clothing seem to have been designed with royal families in mind, although I have no clue how contemporary (or not) they are.
All I know is that the postures have an exquisite, high-class grandeur about them, from the Sims’ faces to the way they hold themselves.
2. Atashi77’s Historical Poses
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
This isn’t a royalty-specific pose pack in the traditional sense.
However, I believe it qualifies since all three couple positions in it incorporate regency in some manner.
Especially the knighting position (I think it’s couple pose #2)!
I couldn’t find any position pack for The Sims 4 that represented this situation, so I knew I had to add it.
The other two positions include a male and female monarchs posed as in old-style pictures, which entails them looking directly at the camera while quietly exuding insane quantities of riches and power.
Which, for the record, I am fully supportive of.
3. WRT’s Coronation Pose Pack
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
This set of 13 postures, allegedly inspired by Sofia’s coronation from The Crown, wonderfully portrays the coronation of a female queen (and subsequent oath-taking of a prince consort).
I’m not a big fan of the show. This amount of study and attention to detail, though, is something I can appreciate.
From the Archbishop anointing the king to the prince consort’s expression of love and allegiance, it seems to be a solemn and ceremonial occasion.
Meanwhile, the Queen sits there, looking fiercely beautiful and royal as ever.
Honestly? To test this pack, I had far too much fun dressing up my Sims.
I would give it a 10/10. Repeatedly.
4. Flower Chamber’s Queen Sitting Poses

This posture set is ideal for the self-made queen who demands respect with ease.
Seriously, you can sense her strength just by looking at her, and she’s just sitting there.
I like how relaxed and unconcerned the model seems to be as she stares at whomever has chosen to seek an appointment with her.
The designer may have chosen a Sim dressed in contemporary clothing (pants, shirt, sexily authoritative tie), but this posture may easily be replicated with a Sim dressed in a skirt or gown.
Keep in mind that some of the postures, particularly the cross-legged and open-legged ones, may cause the skirt mesh to stretch and appear weird.
5. Melonsloth’s 1000 Followers Special

This custom-poses-plus-objects bundle is very detailed.
Seriously, the designer presents the whole scenario to the players as a gift, and it’s stunning.
The carriage (possibly inspired by the paradkalesch) can easily seat four Sims. There are unique poses for both adults and children here, all of which include sitting and waving regally (all clearly marked in the in-game pose list).
The remainder of the characters in the picture, such as the horsemen and royal guards, are all ornamental elements.
The horse-drawn carriage is as well.
This makes putting the scene together a breeze, rather than creating and posing random Sims to fill out the rest of the cast.
6. threethousandplumbobs’ Crown-Inspired Posepack

Out of all of them, this is definitely my favorite.
The total number of poses in this collection is 22, with a good balance of solo and pair positions.
The solo positions seem to be intended for Female Sims models, based on the sample images (and because the pack was inspired, again, by the The Crown series).
Each posture affirms this with its calm, feminine, and royal grace. But hey, if you want to utilize Male Sims models for them, that’s ok too. I believe it would be ideal for certain people.
I liked the pair poses just as much as the solo photos, particularly the ones where the male king kisses the female monarch on the forehead and the one when the female queen crowns her partner/consort (can’t be sure; I don’t watch the program).
Everything you need is in one easy-to-download package.
WhitmoreRoyalsCC’s Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Family Portraits

Prince William and Kate Middleton in TS4 may now boldly pose much like their real-life counterparts.
WhitmoreRoyalsCC’s postures were reportedly inspired by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s own family photographs.
And, just between you and me, they did a very good job at replicating the actual pictures.
To make everything work, you’ll need three or four Sims: two adults and one to two children.
Unlike the other packs on this list, the expressions in this one don’t have a nobly haughty air to them.
Indeed, the models’ grins here are especially down-to-earth—just like Prince William and Kate!
8. Atashi77’s Aristocratic Portraits Poses
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
This one is very basic and simple, but it’s still a nice find.
All twelve postures in this pack are intended to give off an air of luxury, grandeur, and aristocracy, as the title implies.
Which essentially implies that when you place your Sims in these postures, they will appear awesome and royal as hell.
I think they are all unisex, however some seem to be more suited to Male models and some to Female models (see preview photos for reference).
But, hey, you do you at the end of the day. They’re all functional.
Quiddity Jones’ Royals – A Sims 4 Posepack

When royalty and aristocracy need to speak to the ordinary people, go no further than:
A collection of unique postures for single kings, queens, and power couples.
There are 22 postures in total in this gallery.
You’ll receive a variety of speaking positions (with different moods), couple poses (typical “simply smile and wave, darling; smile and wave,” expressions), and a particularly unique desk posture (where both monarchs silently judge you from behind their desk).
Despite the simplicity of the pack’s idea, I had a great time with it.
It’s intriguing, well-made, and seeing feelings on my Sims other than “what are you doing here, peasant?” was refreshing.
10. Russian Imperial Regalia by NormalSiim
Take a Look At This Pose Pack
This wasn’t intended to be a posture pack. So I almost missed out on this treasure, but thank god I didn’t.
The Imperial Regalia of Russia pack is a collection of items that will make your royal Sims seem a million times more legitimate.
It comes with a headgear (the Imperial Crown of Russia), two hand attachments (the Imperial Scepter and Imperial Orb of Russia, in no particular order), and 13 unique postures.
The postures in question are basic, but they are perfect for this subject.
The other nine are “posing for the royal picture” positions, with four of them being coronation poses.
The coronation positions will need a throne, while the portrait poses may be done without one (no pun intended).
Allow your Sim to wear all of the accessories (be careful to select clothing that is suitably strong) and watch the magic unfold.
If it isn’t clear by now that I liked this pack, let me state unequivocally: I really enjoyed this pack.
The sims 4 poses are a pose pack for the game, Sims 4. They were released on June 7th, 2017 and are available to download on the official website.
